We want customers to get the information they need to make the correct buying choice, and we'd really appreciate your help with that. As an Optoma customer, you can submit written reviews of our products. We’d like you to share your opinion whether good or bad.

Who can create customer reviews?

Anyone who has purchased an Optoma product. All we ask is that you follow a few rules (see "What’s not allowed" below).

Suggestions for writing a good review

• Include the "why": The best reviews include not only whether you liked or disliked a product, but also why.
• Be precise: Your review should focus on specific features of the product and your experience with it.
• A good length: Written reviews must be at least 20 words and are limited to 1000 words. The ideal length is between 75 and 500 words.
• Be honest and fair: We welcome your honest opinion about the product--positive or negative.

What's not allowed

Optoma is pleased to provide this opportunity for you to share your opinions about our products. Whilst we appreciate your time and comments, we reserve the right to remove reviews that include any of the following:

Unpleasant material:

• Obscene or distateful content including sexually explicit or sexually gratuitous comments
• Content which might be considered defamatory, blasphemous, racist or incendiary
• Remarks that repeat criminal accusations

Promotional content:

• Advertisements, promotional material or repeated posts that make the same point
• Opinions by or on behalf of a person, company or web site which has a financial interest in a directly competing product
• Reviews written for any form of compensation whether financial or otherwise
• Requests for helpful votes

Inappropriate content:

• Reviews in a language other than English
• Reviews that are not your own original work or have been previously published elsewhere
• Phone numbers, postal addresses, and URLs other than those of Optoma Europe Ltd
• Details of availability, price, or alternative ordering/shipping options
• Critical remarks directed at other reviewers

Off-topic information

• Content not specific to the item being reviewed
• Feedback about typos or inaccuracies in our product description

Optoma reserves the right to remove or refuse to publish any customer review it considers inappropriate.
